Private and Semi-Private yoga sessions are designed to meet your needs and goals and can be conducted at a time that suits you best. Private sessions allow more time for the teacher to give you the attention required to deepen your practice at your own pace. All sessions are 75 minutes.
Private Yoga is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience. Private Sessions provide the perfect setting to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest. Private Yoga can help you deepen your practice, gain confidence, answer questions, provide guidance and maybe take you to that next level!
Why Should I Want a Private Yoga Session?
For New Students
As a new student you may be intimidated by the public classroom environment. Private Sessions allow teachers the opportunity to focus on you and make sure you are getting off to an appropriate start. Private yoga instruction can help you intergrate into public classroom instruction but many students will choose to continue with private classroom instruction for the personal "hands-on".
For Experienced Students
Experienced students can benefit from Private Sessions too! Am I breathing correctly? Which posture have I always wanted to do? Which posture gives me the most trouble? In a Private Session, you are able to gain a deeper insight into specific postures or category of postures that interest you! Private Yoga Sessions are the perfect learning environment! Our teacher can help you with posture alignment modifications and can give the experienced student time to learn about such things as meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama).
